"I really do believe you've changed my life."
"I am 29 years old, and I have been feeling extremely down lately. Today, I wrote one of my friends and just happened to mention that I felt like laying in my bed until it all made sense. I never spoke with my girlfriend about these feelings before, and I've known her for almost 17 years. When she responded, she suggested the usuals: "Move on, Release it, Let it Go." This type of advice never worked for me. I hardly understood how to move on, release, and let go when I was in it already. How do you do that? It just didn't make sense. There was one thing, though, that she mentioned that stood out, "...you sound as if you may be clinically-depressed." She suggested that I do some research so that I can get the help I needed. I was apprehensive but I did just that, and the first website I found was this one. I have to tell you, this has been the most resourceful site I've ever used on the internet for any subject. It was quite helpful for me. Just reading the Learning Path helped me to "Move On, Release it, Let it Go." I don't believe it's something you can do on your own. Something needs to trigger the change. Thankfully, I'm at a job that allowed me the time to read through the entire Learning Path. I couldn't stop reading. The information was so clear and to the point. It made sense and it made me feel as if my feelings are valid. Your "self-help" information was great. Everything was consistent and well thought out. Thank you so much for your generosity and for caring enough to put together such an informative website. I really do believe you've changed my life."
